Sydney Lift Builders is a specialist arm of Michael Smith Constructions Pty Ltd.

Michael Smith is a licensed residential builder and Master Builder with over 25 years’ experience delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney, particularly the Northern Beaches.

Through this work, a consistent gap became clear. Lift suppliers provide the lift, but not the building work required to install it. Regular builders can do the work, but often lack experience with lift integration.

Sydney Lift Builders exists to fill that gap.

 

We focus specifically on the structural and building works required to retrofit lifts into existing homes. This includes feasibility, layout, approvals, and full construction, working alongside any lift supplier as required.

All projects are delivered by the same experienced team behind Michael Smith Constructions, with a practical, builder-led approach focused on what will actually work on site.
